Comes in the original box and includes the stand, 2 dowels and 34 branches. The branches will need to be fluffed out once you set it up. The last picture shows 2 branches that lost their pom poms. A couple others have exposed ends, like the tinsel slid down the branch. You can see that in the pictures. Measurements are approximately 4 feet by 2 feet.
