Identical to the 1973 Metropolitan Museum of Art solid sterling gold plated Xmas star ornament, second edition in the eagerly sought series of MMA annual star ornaments. This topper measures 6 inches wide, and is in next to new condition, complete with original box, pouch and romance card. These ornaments are SOLID sterling silver unlike some of the other popular ornaments that are hollow. Although in very good condition, it may exhibit minute light scratches consistent with use and polishing.
