Fantastic British Made vintage “Brilliant Sparkling Aluminium Christmas Tree” in original box & packaging. 55 thick aluminium foil leaves on a metal branch, which insert into the 55 holes on the trunk. Metal 4 piece base makes a good solid stand. Height when built – just over 4ft. Appears barely used, is complete and fits together perfectly. A real blast from the past, made by. “Walter Grafton & Son”. Of Foots Cray Road, Elton, London SE9 most likely c1950/60 (Certainly Pre 1967 – Company closed then) I hope the photos describe this better than I could – it’s great! Vintage 6 1/2 ft. Tall Silver Glow Aluminum Pom Pom Christmas Tree. Made in USA All 57 Branches that are all 22 long. Pole is 52 inches long in two pieces. Box included, not in very good condition. Also: some of the branches bunch up when packed up. But spread back down on the stems easily. Note: That is a Van in the background : for a size comparison. Also Note there is no discoloration. The silver branches just caught the light in the photo taking of the close up.
