Vintage Evergleam Pom Pom Fountain Type 7 Ft. Stainless Aluminum Christmas Tree. My husband’s first thought was “gorgeous” tree. She’s gorgeous and shiny and retro. Comes in the original box and includes 94 – 26 branches all in the original paper sleeves, original tri pod stand, and original 2 piece wood trunk. The box states 100 branches. We counted 94 but we only used 92 to get the tree ready for pictures. There are a few holes in the foil with no corresponding holes in the trunk under the branches we inserted. If the foil was placed over existing holes in the trunk, this may explain where the 2 leftovers and the 6 missing branches go. The branches appear to be in good condition. They do show some of the usual signs of aging. They’ve been stored in the paper sleeves for so long some appear flattened and some of the pom pom ends are more pronounced than others, see pictures. The texture of the foil branches is heavier than the usual we see and it has a crinkly crimped finish. Tree measures about 84 1/2 as we set it up, from the bottom of the stand to the tippy top of the top branch. The trunk is missing foil, has some damaged foil, and has tape on it, please see picture. One of the rubber tips on the stand has a crack in it. The box shows wear, tear, and soil. We bought this at an estate sale. The pictures are an important part of our descriptions and show condition much better than we can describe it. Our’s is a small family business. We love finding treasures at estate sales and other places and enjoy offering them to our customers. We have no way of knowing what environment they were exposed to beforehand, some show wear, fading, or crazing, and some have a mild packed away odor. Especially our vintage items. We describe the items to the best of our ability and, thanks to sharper/pickier eyes and noses (thank you Holly). We do catch most imperfections. We are human however and its possible we miss something. If we do, please know its unintentional and not. We do our best to keep our items free of pet hair but you’ll probably find a few stray ones.
