Well actually 3 pieces if I count the styrofoam platform that the tree sits on. The bottom portion is a wreath that can be used as a wreath when unassembled. Both the Christmas tree and the wreath have battery operated star lite LED lights. Each light set have clear button reflectors on each light. The tree is predecorated but there will be some assembly required. Which is simple just take it out of the box (may need some minor shaping) and sit it in the center of the wreath and place the little gift boxes around the bottom of it. There are 7 glitzy little gift box ornaments included to sit around the bottom of the tree once you have it in place. There are also beautiful little gift box ornaments throughout the wreath base. So here you have a very versatile ensemble that can be used separately as a wreath, and as a Christmas tree or as a beautiful centerpiece pictured here. Assembled it stands 25 tall and is approximately 21 inches in diameter. Great for a dining table, or a large coffee table, buffet or foyer table. Any table that is at least 21 wide and long.
