This is a nice and full 55 branch vintage aluminum Christmas tree made by Mirro Aluminum Company, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Mirro produced aluminum Christmas trees in the mid/late 1950s, which dates this tree between 1955 and 1965. Mirro did not produce a whole lot of aluminum Christmas trees, which makes this one of the more scarce. The vintage tree skirt that is shown is the one that has been paired with the tree for most of its existence, which is why I have opted to include it in the sale. Please view all picture for condition, which I would say is pretty good. Some of the branches are ruffled, and one branch is just the center rod. It otherwise appears to be complete. There is a piece that goes on the top (that holds the top branch) that is not original, but functionally seems to be just fine. Box is damaged, but still usable. The branches range in length from 12-16 and they are all sorted, but it takes a little bit of thought when you put the tree together. Its also a little on the fragile side, but fairly simple to repair individual branches, and it is pretty sturdy once it is set up. Overall it is a great tree, has a great vintage look, and anybody who remembers them from their childhood well surely appreciate it. Please message me if you have any questions.
