From a smoke and pet-free estate. 4′ – 40 branch. Comes w/paper sleeves, tripod stand, box and instructions. All pieces are in used, vintage condition and show varying amounts of use/wear (see photos). Instructions read, “On 4 1/2′, 6 1/2′ or 7 1/2′ trees”. However, we measured this tree to be around 4′ tall. Box has a sticker that shows Chicago, Ill, but the other information is covered with brown tape (last photo).
