6ft tall with 94 branches includes base pole and tree topper star. Identifying each branch with brown at the bottom is where it would go into the pole, the other side sticks out of pole.. Branches are bare on each side showing couple inches of rod as picture shows. One huge box, with multiple boxes inside one another The tree stand I took apart showing you how to put it back together as picture shows.
